This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel a recent order or an ongoing subscription with Quell (quelldaily.com).
1. Cancelling a recent order
If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it for a full refund. Submit a request through our cancellation form or email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped it follows our Return & Refund Policy.
2. Cancelling a subscription
If your purchase includes a recurring subscription, you can cancel at any time before the next rebill date. Cancelling stops all future charges and shipments. To avoid being billed for the next cycle, send your cancellation at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
